"Ellen or Bust" is the guiding force behind Ellis senior Lani Lazzari's road trip across America.  Beginning September 15th, Lani will begin a cross country road trip focused on promoting entrepreneurship to young women, campaigning for safe cosmetics, and spreading smoothness, with the final goal being an appearance on The Ellen Show.

8,300 miles + 99 tanks of gas + 26 cities + 5ish weeks on the road + countless tweets, posts and videos + thousands of inspired girls + 1 appearance on the Ellen Show = a dream come true.  Ever since Lani started Simple Sugars, a company that manufactures a full line of all-natural handmade facial, body, and foot sugar scrubs, she's been told that she has a great story, and she's taking this road trip to spread these important messages:

- Every girl and woman should know that financial independence is her choice regardless of her socioeconomic or cultural background. Sure it’s hard work. Sure you have to have resilience and guts and strength. But it’s out there if you want it.
- Women shouldn't have to make a choice between a career they love and a life they love. 
- We all have to do our part to green-up. We only have one Earth and it’s getting more fragile every day. So yes, it means washing less chemicals down the drain and paying attention to what you put in and on your body.
